How much do exclusive beats cost? Across the market, prices vary a lot, from a few hundred to several thousand, and many producers ask you to make an offer. At NKSounds the price is fixed and public: €299 for any beat still in the store.

  • MP3, WAV and the separate tracks (stems) for a full mix
  • Radio and TV use, with full rights as written in the contract
  • The beat is removed from the catalogue, so nobody can buy it after you
  • A licence contract in English, sent by email with your files

Exclusive rights do not always mean you own the copyright of the beat: in most beat deals the producer stays credited as the author. Read our contract to see exactly what NKSounds grants. If you only need to release on streaming platforms, a Standard licence at €49 may be enough (with 3 for the price of 2), and our lease vs exclusive guide explains the difference.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to people who already leased the beat?

When a beat is sold exclusively it leaves the store, so no new licences can be bought. In the beat market generally, licences sold earlier stay valid under their own terms. For NKSounds beats, check our contract before buying if this matters for your release.

Can I buy the exclusive after a Standard licence?

If the beat is still in the store, you can buy the exclusive licence at any time, which removes it from sale from that point on. Many artists test a song with a Standard licence first and go exclusive once the track starts to grow.

Which exclusive beats suit R&B singers?

Look for the R&B and melodic rap beats with slower tempos, roughly 60 to 90 BPM, warm chords and space in the arrangement. The stems included with the exclusive licence let your engineer carve room for harmonies and ad-libs around the lead vocal.
